RECRUITMENT:
Focus Model Management recently started promoting its services with a strong and targeted ad campaigns on the internet and newsparpers. This campaign targets eight millions females from 18 to 26 years old worldwide. Thanks to this campaign Focus has a huge selection of models willing to join the agency all around the world. That gives the company the chance to select only the best models according to precise and strict criterias.

Our clients are often featured in mainstream magazines, music videos, calendars, flyers, ad campaigns, commercials and movies. GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSIONS
FASHION / EDITORIAL
Women: We consider models that are at least 5'8" to 6'0", with reasonable exceptions. Models must be height and weight proportionate to agency standards, healthy in appearance with clear skin and healthy hair.Models must be between the ages of 15 to 20. They must have a bust that measures between 33 to 34 inches, a waist that measures between 24 to 26 inches and hips that measure between 34 to 36 inches.
Men: We consider models that are at least 5'11" to 6'3" in height. We look for healthy individuals who wear a jacket size of 38-42. Male models must have a great body, look healthy in appearance with clear skin and beautiful teeth.
LIFESTYLE / COMMERCIAL / EYE CANDY
All ages and sizes. The ideal applicant must have beautiful teeth, skin and hair. We have a preference for bilingual (English - French) talents. Must be comfortable in front of the camera.
RETAINED CANDIDATES
If we decide to retain your candidacy at Focus Model Management, we will coordinate a photography session with an experienced, professional fashion photographer who we work with on a regular basis. We will then retain the services of a stylist, a hairdresser and a makeup artist for the shoot. You will be responsible for the costs of the photo session. The price will be determined by the photographer and needs to be paid before the session itself. We will then wait for the photographer to send us the shots that were taken during the shoot. We will keep between 4 to 8 shots that will be used to create the first pages of your book. They will also be used as a means to introduce you to our clients. It will be your responsibility to order the proofs directly from the photographer.
